I think #1 will appeal to those looking for church management materials; whereas, #3 will appeal more to the young market. So, it depends upon your audience. I personally like #1 better.
4 despite the all caps because it's crisp and clean, bold and effective. My eyes follow it's directions and it makes sense. 3 is good but I never read the sub-title. I might after glancing at the back.
